The Law (Re.№0855) stipulates legal economic and regulatory basis for activity in the sphere of state land cadastre in order to supply land resources management with datawear.
The members of the Committee agreed with the President´s of Ukraine proposition regarding determining the order and grounds for allotment of data of state land cadastre concerning personal data that bear confidential character.
Moreover, People´s Deputies stressed that the law specifies and concretizes the principle of Land Code of Ukraine. It will help to agree the approach concerning the handling of various land issues, will help to form single data block, which concerns the land.
People´s Deputy have not endorsed the President´s remark in which it is stated that the implementation of data system of registers and documents regarding the ground areas, their legal regime if under the condition there is State list for right on estate property and their limitation (implementation of which is presupposed by the Law "On state register of material rights on estate property and their limitation") will lead to the creation of the identical database. But the members of the Committee believe that the suggested laws do not duplicate the regulation of registration relations.
